Law Of Attraction, Health and Wellness

The Law Of Attraction Diet

I’ve been a reader to Mike Adams NewsTarget site and I was extremely happy when I came across his article on The Nutrition Secret Behind The Secret. I just knew that there had to be a link between one’s diet and the law of attraction somewhere.  And Mike Adams did a great job in putting the two together.

Over the past one year, I’ve been gradually shifting from a diet that previously comprised mainly of red meats, caffeine, and highly processed foods to a more cleansing and alkaline diet. Two factors prompted my move.  My continual research into natural health and a severe eczema outbreak last year.

With regards to research, I would often consult my friends who are into alternative health and energy healing.  My friend who is a vegetarian told me that red meats tend to cloud a person’s mind and can affect mental clarity and spirituality.  Her advice?  Eat less.

Needless to say, caffeine is a stimulant and is never good for the body.  As Mike Adams put it, “the onslaught of daily stimulants leaves the body depleted of energy, unable to reach the level of vibration necessary to effectively broadcast intention to the universe.”  So cutting down on any stimulant such as coffee or alcohol is a good tip for those who wants to have the working better for them.

Mike Adams also came up with a list of nutrition foods that he recommends to “enhance the power of intention”.  Here’s what has been going on in my own kitchen:

1. Less cooking.  I’m focusing now on a diet that is more about raw vegetables and fruits (in short, alkaline foods). Live enzymes are not destroyed if you eat your foods raw.  So, I’ve been graduating to more raw vegetables for my meals and juicing therapy.  Also, if I’m eating less meat, then there is no need to do cooking!

2.  More home made salad dressings and broths.  Rather than using bottled mayo or thousand island, I’ve learnt to make my own dressing with cold pressed olive oil.  Also, not everything comes out from a Campbells tins nor soup stock using Knorrs.

3. Specific supplements.  I’m using oils such as 100% organic virgin coconut oil and primrose oil.  They are used as supplements as my skin really needs the EFAs (essential fatty acids). Also probiotics to restore gut health due to leaky gut syndrome.

4. No more or very little MSG allowed.  Any packaging that contains the slightest hint of MSG is thrown out!  It took a while to implement this one.  It was hard to give up my favorite snack - MSG laden potato chips!

5. Very little stimulants allowed.  No more cup after cup of coffee.  Juices, water and herbal teas are great alternatives!

For the to work better, having a mind that is uncluttered with trash and toxins would most certainly help. A healthy mind needs to be also supported with good nutrition. Hence, if you are with me on this journey to attract more abundance in your life, do not forget about implementing a law of attraction diet!
