Silva Life System is a program that I highly recommend to anyone.  It is a downloadable program that originated using The Silva Method and more. 

Silva Mind Control is a really powerful system of mind control that will enable you to become more successful, wiser and happier.  You get to learn techniques about manifesting what you want at the alpha level.  You also make use more of your right-brain hemisphere, the intuitive brain, for problem solving. It is the only system that delivers a step-by-step process that allows you to evolve your untapped ESP.

Normally, when you are awake, you are in the conscious or beta state.  You operate at approximately 20 cycles per second of brain freqency.  Alpha occurs between 7-14 cycles per second of brain frequency.  It is at alpha, that you can get rid of negative thinking and reprogram your mind for success.

It is not enough just to do positive affirmations in your conscious state.  You often find it difficult to alter any negative programming you have had for positive ones.  Unless you make this happen at alpha.

It is not difficult to learn the The Silva Method. But it does require practise.  Just like a muscle that needs to be exercised, you need to put in the effort to make it work for you.  If your life has not meeting your expectations so far, then putting The Silva method into daily practice is small change.  The more you practise, the better you become.

Since learning Silva Mind Control, I’ve felt happier, more positive and wiser.  I also found out that I enjoy healing family members and friends who are in poor health or in need for help, at level (also known as alpha).  I now enjoy the benefits of greater focus.  It certainly helps to have a mind that I can take charge in terms of my thoughts.  Only with mind control, is it possible to achieve our dreams more effectively and definitely.
